Carmelo Anthony was in outstanding form for the New York Knicks last night as he helped his side claim their fifth successive victory.

New York Knicks small forward Anthony scored 29 points and claimed four assists in a close encounter with the Phoenix Suns at Madison Square Garden.

Anthony scored 10 more points than the Knicks' next highest scorer - point guard Raymond Felton.

The 29-year-old's heroics ensured the New York Knicks moved level with their arch-rivals - the Brooklyn Nets - and into an Eastern Conference playoff place.

You can watch highlights of Anthony's match-winning display in the video, which was brought to our attention by Slam Online, above.
