What just happened! Insane hockey stick pass in Germany

Football News

If you came here expecting an awesome hockey pass involving a puck, you'll be disappointed.

Well, you'll be disappointed for a few seconds before you realise this is actually one of the coolest things you've seen on an ice hockey rink in a long time. Probably.

Canadian teammates Adam Courchaine and Kevin Clark play in the DEL, the Germany hockey league, for Krefeld Pinguine.

During a game earlier this season against Adler Mannheim, Clark dropped his stick while chasing down the puck.

Caught out of position on offense, he scrambled back towards his own goal and towards his stick to help on defense.

As he skated back, Courchaine did something so awesome it almost defies belief - he flicked up Clark's stick back into his path, allowing his teammate to fly back and help out on the play.

It's difficult to do justice with mere words.
