A host of football’s top Premier League stars turned out to watch the Brooklyn Nets beat the Atlanta Hawks in the O2 Arena in London last night.

Players from the likes of Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United and Manchester City spent their evenings amongst a host of other celebrities as the NBA came to England’s capital.

In truth it was a fairly tepid game, with the Nets proving too much for the Hawks, running out 127-10 winners following a match-winning performance from former All-Star Joe Johnson.

Jason Kidd’s team were in front from first to last and yet again offered evidence to suggest that could well be favourites to make the play-offs this year.

According to Sports.News, Chelsea stars David Luiz, Eden Hazard and Andre Schurrle turned out to watch the event, whilst Arsenal captain Per Mertesacker and team-mate Olivier Giroud were also there.

Manchester United’s Nani and City’s Eden Dzeko were also believed to have been in attendance.
