Manchester United head to Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon and will be desperate to secure all three points against Jose Mourinho's side.

The Red Devils will be looking to make it back-to-back victories after beating Welsh outfit Swansea City 2-0 in their last fixture.

David Moyes' side currently sit in seventh place in the Premier League table and are nine points Chelsea, who sit in third spot.

Ahead of the clash, the Manchester United boss has already revealed that star duo Robin van Persie and Wayne Rooney won't be returning to the side

And it's expected that the Red Devils boss will opt for a similar side that beat the Swans on January 11.

David de Gea could start in goal for the Premier League champions and should have the likes of Rafael, Nemanja Vidic, Jonny Evans and Patrice Evra in-front of him.

The Manchester United boss may have a hard choice to make in midfield. With duo Phil Jones and Marouane Fellaini in contention, it's expected that the Red Devils will line-up with a three in the middle of the park.

As United are away from home, Shinji Kagawa may be dropped to the bench, with Moyes instead opting for a solid trio of Darren Fletcher, Michael Carrick and Phil Jones.

The Red Devils could well play on the counter attack at Stamford Bridge and Moyes could look towards teenage sensation Adnan Januzaj, Antonio Valencia and Danny Welbeck to provide the goals.

Can Moyes pick up a valuable three points as Manchester United look to climb the Premier League table?

Manchester United - Predicted XI to face Chelsea: De Gea, Rafael, Vidic, Evans, Evra, Januzaj, Fletcher, Jones, Carrick, Valencia, Welbeck
