The agent of Manchester United target Lucas Moura has ruled out the possibility of the midfielder leaving Paris Saint-Germain in January, reports Sky Sports.

Wagner Ribeiro, who represents the Brazilian playmaker, admits that his client is not getting as much game-time as he would like, but says there are no plans in place to negotiate a move away from Parc des Princes.

Earlier this week, the Daily Star reported that Red Devils boss David Moyes was plotting a £30million bid for the 21-year-old this month, as he looks to add some much needed creativity to his ranks at Old Trafford in the January window.

The Brazil international - who is under contract in Paris until 2017 - has made 18 Ligue 1 appearances for PSG in 2013/14, and featured in all six of the French club's Champions League matches.

But, given the wealth of midfield talent available to Laurent Blanc, Moura has had to fit around the squad rotation policy.

"Lucas Moura isn't playing as much as we want," Ribeiro told Globo Esporte. "But he has been playing the most important games.

"It's not part of the plans to leave Paris now, he is slowly gaining his place in the team."

Manchester United are getting used to the reality of being turned down by a number of high-profile stars, after Moyes failed in his attempts to make a number of marquee signings when he replaced Sir Alex Ferguson during the summer.
