French giants Paris Saint-Germain will sign Newcastle midfielder Yohan Cabaye for £21m, according to reports in France

The Daily Mail have reported that the midfield star, who has been in sensational form this season, will sign for the Ligue 1 outfit if Newcastle secure the services of Montpellier star Remy Cabella.

This will come as a blow to both Manchester United and Arsenal who had been linked with the French ace.

Arsenal appeared extremely interested in the star this past summer and it had recently been reported that the north London club, along with Premier League champions Manchester United, wanted to sign the midfield ace in this current transfer window.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger could spend in this window as he looks to end the club's eight-year trophy drought.

Meanwhile Manchester United boss David Moyes is desperate to make new signings at the Old Trafford outfit after a disaster season so far.

Manchester United currently sit in seventh place in the Premier League, an incredible 14 points behind leaders Arsenal.
