The LA Clippers came out on top in an epic dunk-athon with Detroit Pistons on Monday night, with no fewer than 19 slams being scored in the entertaining encounter.

DeAndre Jordan completed seven jams on his own, including a couple of absolute monsters, while Blake Griffin dunked five times as the Clips played up to their reputation as the NBA's most eye-catching rim assaulters.

Ryan Hollins also dunked twice to ensure LA contributed 14 of the 19 scored, with Greg Monroe scoring three for Detroit and Kyle Singler and Josh Smith getting one each.

The Clippers got the win by 112-103 with Griffin scoring 25 points and Jordan 16, while he also added 21 rebounds and four blocks. LA now have a record of 29-14 this season and next face the Charlotte Bobcats on Thursday.
