Manchester United winger Wilfried Zaha is having a medical with Cardiff City, amid reports linking him with a loan move to the Premier League outfit.

The Manchester Evening News believe the England international will join the Bluebirds on loan for the remainder of the season.

Zaha has struggled with life under David Moyes this season having been signed by former United manager Sir Alex Ferguson one year ago.

The 21-year-old has seen himself behind the likes of Antonio Valencia, Nani, Ashley Young and Adnan Januzaj in the Manchester United team this season.

However now the youngster will gain Premier League experience as he prepares to ply his trade under Manchester United legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in Wales.

The ex-Manchester United forward took over as Cardiff boss a couple of weeks ago and now looks set to make Zaha his third signing for the club.

United meanwhile turn their attention to the League Cup semi-final clash with Sunderland tonight. The Red Devils will be hoping to overturn a 2-1 deficit from the first leg at the Theatre of Dreams as they go in search of the Wembley final.
