Chelsea playmaker Juan Mata has flown to Manchester United's training ground by helicopter to complete his £37m transfer to the Premier League champions, according to the Daily Mail.
The 25-year-old will reportedly arrive at Carrington at 11am before being taken around the club's new training base and meeting manager David Moyes.
Mata will then undergo a routine medical before finalising his transfer - the biggest deal of the January transfer window by some considerable margin.
The Spain international is believed to have said his goodbyes to his Chelsea teammates yesterday afternoon, and will train with his new colleagues at Carrington tomorrow morning.
The Red Devils, who suffered a humiliating Capital One Cup semi-final exit to Sunderland after a gruelling 120 minutes of action and an abysmal penalty shoot-out, are not in action this weekend.
However, by signing Mata for the weekend, the Spaniard will be eligible to make his Manchester United debut against Cardiff City on Tuesday night.
