The end of the most recent season in college football brought with it it’s usual coaching casualties.

All in all seven schools, from the nation’s top five conferences, hired new head-coaches but the big three appointments came at Penn State, Louisville, and Texas.

But who got the best deal?

Can Charlie Strong overturn a dysfunctional Longhorn’s team, and will Petrino’s off-field activities bring too much unwanted attention?
