Arsenal and Manchester United have not given up hope of landing Paris Saint Germain target Yohan Cabaye, according to reports in France.

Le 10 Sport claims French international midfielder Cabaye remains a target for Arsenal and United despite reports seemingly putting PSG in pole position to land the £22m-rated Newcastle star.

PSG have already had one offer turned down by Alan Pardew's side, but the defending French champions are thought to be plotting another bid before the close of the January window.

But Arsenal and United are tracking developments, although the report warns that neither Premier League side would be likely to make an offer before the summer.

United boss David Moyes recently completed a £37m deal for Juan Mata, but admitted that he plans several other big changes as he looks to shape up his squad.

The Old Trafford side have endured a rough start to life under Moyes and currently occupy seventh spot in the Premier League table.

Arsenal find themselves in a slightly different position, although they're similarly looking to strengthen this month.

The Gunners are well in the title mix, and have been linked with a number of top targets aside from Cabaye, including Diego Costa and Julian Draxler.
