Take a look at this years offering from Nike in the 'ridiculously over the top but cool All-Star range' ahead of the annual East-West game.

The three biggest names in the Nike family, LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, and Kevin Durant, will all be wearing the new shoes for the game in New Orleans and we just hope someone turns out the lights at some point.

Glow-in-the-dark basketball shoes might not seem like the most practical idea in history, but that doesn't matter when it comes to All-Star equipment as we have seen down the years

According to Nike's press release on the '2014 NOLA Gumbo League Collection':

"Nike cooked up a bold mix of technical innovation, aesthetic flair and old-fashioned New Orleans tradition for some of the world's best basketball players"

We will have to wait and see what the other players have in store but we doubt their shoes will come with a commemorative tarot card or a special edition box with purchase!

The shoes are released for public sale on February 14 - perfect for a valentines day gift?
