The roster for the 2014 BBVA Compass Rising Stars Challenge game have been released and the game is set to be headlined by some star turns.

Portland Trail Blazers Damian Lillard and Anthony Davis of the New Orleans Pelicans are the biggest names named on the player pool and both will be taking part in the game unless they are selected as reserves for the All-Star game.

2014 Rookie of the Year favourite Michael Carter-Williams is the best newbie on show, and he'll be tested by Magic man Victor Oladipo and the 'Greek Freak' Giannis Antetokounmpo.

This is the first time that the talent will be mixed up in teams and not just be a game between the rookie's and second year players.

The full rosters are:

Rookies: Michael Carter-Williams (Philadelphia 76ers), Steven Adams (OKC Thunder), Pero Antic (Atlanta Hawks), Giannis Antetokounmpo (Milwaukee Bucks), Trey Burke (Utah Jazz), Tim Hardaway Jr (New York Knicks), Victor Oladipo (Orlando Magic), Kelly Olynyk (Boston Celtics), Mason Plumlee (Brooklyn Nets).

The second year players involved will be:

Harrison Barnes (Golden State), Bradley Beal (Washington), Anthony Davis (New Orleans), Andre Drummond (Detroit), Terrence Jones (Houston), Damian Lillard (Portland), Jared Sullinger (Boston), Jonas Valanciunas (Toronto) and Dion Waiter (Cleveland).
