1. Shinji Kagawa – Manchester United
Japan international Shinji Kagawa has not enjoyed the best of times since completing his £12m move to Manchester United from Borussia Dortmund in 2012.
The 24-year-old is obviously a player with plenty of talent, but it's impossible to argue that he has struggled to adapt to Premier League football.
With Juan Mata now on the scene, Kagawa's chances of playing in his favoured No. 10 role have been significantly decreased.
A move – even a six-month loan deal – would have suited all parties.
