Let's hope the Denver Broncos' staff, players and fans all avoided Twitter after their 43-8 Super Bowl defeat to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.
The reason? Well, had they browsed for as much as a split-second, they would have seen a joke directed as their team's expense.
Defeat in a Super Bowl is a bitter pill to swallow by itself. The fact that the whole world - or, at least, that's what it must feel like - finds it funny makes it doubly hard to take.
But, we have to admit, some of the jokes doing the rounds on Twitter in the hours after the Seahawks started their celebrations were pretty funny.
For example, this tweet from Rob Fee: "Use the promo code PEYTON when ordering a Papa Johns pizza & when it’s delivered to your house, a Seattle DB will take it from you & eat it."
