Rashaan Evans signed today with Alabama on National Signing Day 2014.

With the player debating between the Crimson Tide and arch rivals, Auburn, right up to the deadline this will be a major blow to War Eagles fans.

And it seems even Auburn officials have been left in shock at the outside linebacker's decision.

With the five-star recruit set to make his call they attempted to be right up to date with the news - posting his stats on their official website as an Auburn player in preparation of his signature.

Unfortunately for them Rashaan Evans chose to sign with Nick Saban and Alabama, leaving the tech guys at Auburn frantically trying to remove the evidence.

But it was too late for quick-fingered college football fans who posted the image on Twitter.

Losing out on one of your main prospects to your bitter in-state rivals on National Signing Day is never good, but Auburn have not helped themselves with this epic fail!
