French giants Paris Saint-Germain will offer Manchester United £40million for their young Belgian winger Adnan Januzaj, according to the Daily Star.
PSG reportedly had a £15million offer turned down in the January window , so have now upped the stakes to try and persuade United to part with their newly-found star.
They are supposedly planning a huge deal, to try and lure the youngster away from Old Trafford, despite the fact he recently signed a long-term deal worth £30,000 a week.
The deal is suggested to be worth a staggering £100,000 a week, which would make him the highest paid teenager in the world, with PSG boss Laurent Blanc refusing to give up in his move for the Belgian.
Moyes stated that he believes Januzaj can become one of the world's greatest, and it will be yet another burden on his shoulders to have one of the world's richest clubs breathing down his neck to try and prise one of their star assets away from Manchester.
It could be an appealing move for Januzaj as United currently reside in seventh place in the table and are out of the FA Cup and the League Cup, making their chances of silverware pretty slim. In Paris, on the other hand, things are looking up as their squad of stars have lifted them to the top of Ligue 1, losing just one game in the process.
If United want to continue their push for glory they will certainly need to keep hold of important players, and Januzaj will certainly be one they will not want to lose.
