Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has confirmed that club-captain John Terry will miss his side's Premier League clash with West Brom tomorrow evening, reports the club's official website.

The Blues skipper picked up a minor muscle strain last week and missed the team's 3-0 victory over Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

And ahead of Chelsea's trip to West Brom, Jose Mourinho has revealed that Terry will miss his second Premier League game in succession.

However, the Portuguese boss has revealed that Terry could feature in his side's FA Cup fifth round clash with Manchester City on Saturday evening.

Chelsea fans will be desperate to see Terry feature at the Etihad this weekend, as he's been in fine form in this campaign.

His partnership at the back, along with Gary Cahill, has been crucial in the Blues' fine season so far, and the duo were vital in Chelsea's win at the Etihad earlier this month.

However, Chelsea's immediate attention will turn to their clash with WBA as they look to stay at the top of the Premier League table.
