Dwyane Wade and fiancée Gabrielle Union may not have decided on a date yet but that has not stopped the future Mrs. Wade from laying down the law.

As reported by TMZ, Union appeared on the Arsenio Hall show last night to reveal that the couple will have a prenuptial agreement, at her insistence.

The actress did not appear to be joking with the host, but it does seem like a strange request.

"I gotta protect my stuff" she explained, "When you have your own stuff you don't need to worry about anyone else's stuff."

However, it would seem that Wade does indeed have his own stuff. He is coming towards the end of a six year $107 million contract and according to Forbes he is among the highest paid athletes in the world.

His partner on the other hand, is worth a modest $12 million mainly earned through appearing in a number of popular moves including Bring It On and Bad Boys II.

There has been no word from Wade on the agreement but LeBron James claimed in December that Wade will be paid handsomely in free agency so Gabrielle doesn't have anything to worry about.
