Premier League referee Mike Dean drew plenty of criticism and widespread of bemusement for a bizarre head flick during last month's clash between Manchester United and Swansea City, but quite ridiculously repeated the trick last weekend.
Dean's weird head movement was spotted for the second time by @whustuff during West Ham's 2-0 win over Aston Villa, with the official visibly upset at the home side for a stray pass after he had allowed play to continue by playing advantage.
