His now-fiance, Kelly Reynolds, was so delighted with the surprise that she burst in to tears before accepting to proposal.
However, there is a problem, as Cobb revealed when speaking to the Tampa Bay Times.
"She said yes to the dolphin," Cobb said. "I never asked her yet."
