Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger could be set to drop in-form ace Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain for his side's crunch Champions League Round of 16 tie with Bayern Munich, reports The Daily Mail

The England international was the star of the show as the Gunners knocked Liverpool out of the FA Cup this past weekend. The youngster has been in terrific form of late and scored Arsenal's opening goal against Brendan Rodgers' side on Sunday, but could now sit out the huge clash tomorrow night.

It's expected that Gunners boss Arsene Wenger will opt for Jack Wilshere, Mathieu Flamini, Mesut Ozil and Santi Cazorla in the midfield, with Tomas Rosicky filling the final spot in the side - ahead of Chamberlain.

Arsenal will be desperate to beat the European champions at the Emirates tomorrow night as they look to gain a first-leg advantage.

Arsenal were beaten at the same stage of the competition against the German giants last season and the north London outfit will hope to go one better in this campaign.

However, on what could be a tricky night for Arsenal, they may have to perform without one of their most in-form players.
