If all goes to plan this summer, Karan Singh Banga could become a household name amongst followers of English football from the start of next season.
The 22-year-old winger hopes to secure a deal with an English club following a brief spell with Brescia in Serie B.
Singh, who established himself as a key member of the New York Red Bulls’ Elite Development Squad before securing a move to Brescia last year, is currently considering his options after being linked with iconic New York Cosmos for the 2014 campaign.
The Singapore Under-23 international, though, hopes to seal a move to an English club in time for the beginning of the 2014/15 campaign.
Singh recently held a meeting with Queens Park Rangers chairman Tony Fernandes - and a deal to take the tricky winger to Loftus Road could go through in the forthcoming months if he is granted a UK work permit.
Blessed with pace, skill and vision, the determined and hungry Singh is eagerly awaiting his opportunity to make his mark in England.
