Manchester United are interested in a possible move for Barcelona winger Cristian Tello this summer, as David Moyes looks to rebuild his squad at Old Trafford.

It has been a difficult season for the reigning Premier League champions and it is looking likely that Moyes' first season succeeding Sir Alex Ferguson will end with a finish outside the Champions League spots, with that possibly being followed by a huge summer clear out.

As many as ten players could be sent on their way by the new Manchester United manager, while Calciomercato is reporting that one of the replacements for those being dumped is the Barcelona star.

Tello only signed a new contract at Camp Nou last season, but he has been a bit-part player under Gerardo Martino this season, making only two starts in La Liga so far this season.

One of the graduates from the famed la Masia academy, the 22-year-old could see a move to Manchester United as a chance to get his career back on track, as playing opportunites at the Catalan club are limited thanks to the arrival of Brazil superstar Neymar and the sensational form of Alexis Sanchez, not to mention Cesc Fabregas, Pedro and Lionel Messi standing in his way.
