The first half of the first half of the last 16 of the Champions League is now over. Make sense?

We've seen plenty of decent action in the first four games of the Champions League knockout stages, and we're assured of more of the same when the competition resumes next week.

Bayern and Barcelona truly flexed their muscles, while Atletico Madrid snatched a win in Milan and a Zlatan-inspired PSG brushed Bayer Leverkusen aside.

Now there's a little break in the action until the second half of the last 16 fixtures take place.

We've taken the short break to look at the players who have stood tallest on the biggest stage of them all, to help move their teams one step closer to Lisbon in May.
