2004 Junior World Championship
Score: USA 4 - Canada 3
The rivalry between the two nations has oftentimes been more fearsome at the junior level of the game and this match up in the gold medal match in 2004 is one of the best examples.
A tight game saw the USA come out on top, but the Canadians played their part in allowing the U.S to triumph.
Canada goalie Marc-Andre Fleury scored against himself to hand the game-winner to his opponents - clearing the puck onto his own player before helplessly watching it cannon back into his own net.
This was also Team USA's first gold medal ever at the World Junior Championships.
