Manchester United boss David Moyes has revealed that defensive duo Phil Jones and Jonny Evans haven't travelled with the squad for his side's Champions League Round of 16 clash with Olympiacos.
As reported by the cub's official Twitter account, the Manchester United boss confirmed that the pair had not travelled with the rest of the squad. In his pre-match press conference, Moyes told reporters: "Everybody else is here."
Manchester United will also be without club record signing Juan Mata for the challenge of Olympiacos tomorrow. The playmaker is cup tied, having previously played in the competition with Chelsea in the group stages.
The Red Devils landed in Greece earlier today ahead of the first leg and will be desperate to secure a positive result. Manchester United head into the game after a victory over Premier League strugglers Crystal Palace this past weekend.
David Moyes' side secured a 2-0 win at Selhurst Park on Saturday and will now be hoping to take their form into Europe.
Sitting sixth in the Premier League, Manchester United fans will be hoping the club can have a successful run in the Champions League after a disappointing campaign.
