The Los Angeles Clippers have officially completed a deal to sign Glen 'Big Baby' Davis and he is eligible to play for his new team tonight against the New Orleans Hornets.

Davis played in 45 games this season with the Orlando Magic averaging 12.1 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 30.1 minutes per game.

The 28-year old has been reunited with Clippers head coach Doc Rivers, who coached him for four seasons in Boston and together were a part of the 2008 NBA Championship Celtics team.

Davis finally cleared the waivers after his contract buyout departure from the Magic and the 6"9 power forward joins a team that has legitimate chance of winning the western conference and this will be the first time that Davis has been on a winning team since his time in Boston.

Big Baby has kept up respectable numbers while being on one of the NBA's worst sides and will likely provide valuable minutes off the bench, backing up starting center DeAndre and All-Star power forward Blake Griffin.

Lob City just got a new big man and Chris Paul must be rubbing his hands together at the thought of a new big man to oop for.
