Milwaukee Bucks teenager pulls off miraculous double block

Milwaukee Bucks shooting guard Giannis Antetokounmpo produced an incredible double block during last night’s 130-110 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.

The 19-year-old used all of his 6ft 10in frame to somehow claw Tony Wroten’s attempted dunk to safety, before getting back to his feet and denying Michael Carter-Williams with another astonishing block.

Many older players could take a leaf from the teenager’s book. Wroten looked almost certain to score but, despite the situation looking impossible, Antetokounmpo showed why you shouldn’t give up before the ball has travelled through the net and the opposition’s points are added to their score.

This happened in the second quarter, when the Bucks already had an 18-point lead, but who knows what you’d have happened had Antetokounmpo allowed the 76ers guard to run through and score?
