James Harden makes a season high haul in just three quarters against the Sacramento Kings.

Harden, who was only three points away from equalling his career record managed to score 43 points in the first three quarters.

He was rested in the fourth against a woeful Sacramento Kings team who lost any hope of a comeback after DeMarcus Cousins was ejected in the third quarter.

Harden had made 22 points in the first quarter which ended 42-17 to Houston. It's made all the more incredible that me made his season high score with only 20 shots.

Cousins is one foul off an automatic one game suspension after being ejected for repeated could and arguing with officials.

Dwight Howard briefly left the game for the Rockets after bashing his knee but quickly returned to join Harden in the scoring rout. He also sat out the last quarter.

This didn't stop Houston from scoring however as the Kings looked nothing like the team who had already twice beaten Houston this season, allowing the most points they've conceded all season.
