New Orleans Pelicans Anthony Davis went off the court after sustaining a mysterious injury in the second quarter of this game.

The Dallas Mavericks won the game comfortable 89-108 after losing the first quarter.

But in the second quarter Davis, who went in for a rebound on his own shot, was rejected by Samuel Delembert.

As he reached for it though his left shoulder collided with Delembert's reaching arm, leaving Davis instantly reaching for it and immediately leaving to receive treatment.

There is no word yet on how serious the injury is or clarification on if it is his left shoulder.

But his blocking was obviously missed as Dallas took control and dominated the rest of the game.
