Could Kane run for president?

Since 1992, Kane has been one of the most terrifying wrestlers in WWE, recording scores of victories but could he soon become the commander in chief?

Kane, real name Glenn Jacobs appeared on Fox Business' 'The Independents' to discuss libertarianism.

The wrestler has in recent years become known for his political views and has appeared in many podcasts and even written for a number of political publications to share his view.

During his appearance on 'The Independents' Jacobs said that he had become tired of being 'pidgeon-holed' into either being Republican or Democrat and had found that he could live freer as a libertarian.

"It really is the American dream, it is the ability of everybody to live their life according to what they want as long as you don't hurt anybody else."

Jacobs was also asked if he would use his popularity in wrestling circles to someday run for a political office.

"Never say never right?" said the wrester, "but at this point, no. The political realm is an animal unto itself and as tough as I am, it takes a really tough person to get in there and fight for that... Maybe at some point in time that'd be something I'd be interested in."

So it looks like Jacobs won't be a candidate in 2016 but perhaps in years to come, Kane will be swapping the ring for The White House.
