Chicago Bulls shooting guard Jimmy Butler was forced into the crowd after making an athletic diving save in the defeat of the New York Knicks on Sunday night, leaving his team a man down as they launched an attack.

With Butler still in the stands and the Bulls heading towards the Knicks rim, he was in a race against time to get back onto the court. But, rather than enter back into play where he had left it, Butler took a more novel route.

As play continued Butler ran down the aisle in front of the fans, before climbing over some seats to rejoin the action. Butler scored 19 points as the Bulls got the win 109-90.
