Manchester United boss David Moyes is no longer interested in bringing Everton full-back Seamus Coleman to Old Trafford, according to the Metro.
Reports had suggested the former Everton manager was keen on signing the Republic of Ireland international at the end of the season as he has grown frustrated with Rafael.
However Moyes has now ditched his initial plans of making a move for Coleman as he is said to be keeping close tabs on PSV Eindhoven's Santigao Arias.
Moyes unearthed a gem in the form of Coleman by signing the then Sligo Rovers starlet for a mere £60,000 in January 2009.
Coleman has transformed from a relative unknown to one of the most consistent right-backs in the Premier League since becoming a first-team regular at Goodison Park.
Toffees boss Roberto Martinez wants to reward Coleman with an improved deal before the start of next season - despite the fact he still has four and a half years left on his current deal.
