The long term future of CM Punk remains uncertain after the superstar failed to make a comeback on Monday Night Raw this past week.

Reports had suggested that Punk, who was last seen in January's Royal Rumble, was set to appear in Chicago on Monday.

However, when it became clear that the wrestler wasn't destined to enter the ring on Raw, more questions started circulating regarding his future.

And now, according to wrestlinginc.com, it appears that Punk could be done with professional wrestling.

This will come as a major blow to the 'Wrestling Universe', as Punk is one of the top superstars in the industry - and by his own accord 'The Best in the World'.

However, the build up to WrestleMania should act as a distraction to Punk's disappearance from the business. With the 'Grandest Stage of them All' just over a month away, wrestling fans will be getting excited for the pay-per-view event.
