Chad Ochocinco - or it Johnson again, we can't keep up anymore - has been out of the NFL for a few years, and if his flag football skills are anything to go by then there is a reason for his absence.

While admittedly he was in an unusual position - playing defensive back - the 12-year NFL veteran gets completely toasted by his opposing receiver while in man coverage.

Ochocinco posted the video of himself being torched on his own Instagram, something most people probably wouldn't do, showing the whole world how bad you were.

The speedy receiver who made the catch and went for a touchdown is unknown, but we all really hope that, after he put on the brakes, he broke out in to one of the celebration dances that made Chad famous around the league.

Johnson was a 6 time Pro-Bowler and three time All-Pro during his pro football career. He hasn't been with a team since failing to earn a deal with the Miami Dolphins in 2011 spring training.

Aged 36, it seems that he has now retired and seems to spend most of his time as a social media mogul, updating both his Twitter and Instagram accounts incredibly regularly, keeping the millions of fans that loved him during his time in the NFL happy.
