WWE legend 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin has claimed that there would be 'no money' in John Cena being turned heel.

36-year-old Cena is one of professional wrestling's biggest names, with the Massachusetts native having risen to the very top of the business since making his WWE debut over a decade ago in 2002.

Although he certainly has his detractors, as every wrestler does at some stage, Cena has been an overwhelmingly popular figure among fans during his time with the company and Austin evidently believes there would be no financial gain in jeopardising such adoration and admiration by turning Cena heel.

"No, there's no money in turning John Cena heel," the former three-time Royal Rumble winner told Hall of Fame broadcaster Jim Ross in an interview that was quoted by Wrestlinginc.com.

Actor and rapper Cena, who is a 14-time world champion, was most recently denied the opportunity to embark upon another title reign after he was attacked by the The Wyatt Family in the Elimination Chamber at last month's captivating Pay-Per-View that took place at Target Center in Minnesota - handing an eventual victory to reigning champ Randy Orton.

Wrestling fans - what do you make of Austin's claims that there is no money in turning Cena heel?
