Former pro wrestler Buck Zumhofe has been found guilty of 12 counts of criminal sexual activity with a family member, who is believed to be his daughter

The ex-World Class Championship Wrestling competitor has been convicted after years of abuse and torment of what's understood to be his daughter, who he took advantage of over a 12 year period.

The family member is now 29, but she was 15 when she moved in with the now 62-year-old Zumhofe.

He denied any sexual involvement in court, but that wasn't enough to clear his name as he looks set for a long stint behind bars.

It's understood as well that after his conviction he made a failed attempt to flee.

Multiple sources have reported that the former wrestler tried to run away in a Minnesota courtroom before he was eventually tackled.

Zumhofe made his pro wrestling debut in 1972 at the age of 21. He competed in the WWCW and with the American Wrestling Association, becoming AWA World Light Heavyweight Champion on two occasions.
