Jared Allen the star defensive end of the Minnesota Vikings will visit the Denver Broncos for his first meeting of free agency.

It is the first time in his incredible career that Allen will be available as a free agent and the defensive end will visit Denver to talk about a move to the Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

A terrifically durable and consistent force, Allen now at the age of 31 is still a star in the NFL and will be courted by a lot of top franchises due to his availability in free agency.

Allen has finished with at least seven sacks in his last 11 seasons in the league and that mark of consistency is a valuable asset to any team searching for an elite pass rusher.

The Denver Broncos who failed at the final hurdle last season by losing in the Super Bowl are in the market for a defensive end and have targeted Allen as the perfect man to fit their system.
