The public fall out from Darren Sproles' exit from the New Orleans Saints continues.

After apparently learning that the Saints planned to trade him only after seeing it on Twitter earlier this week, and then demanding that he could be cut rather than traded so to increase his future options, now Sproles' wife has had her say.

And it isn't pretty reading for the Saints front office.

Michel Sproles took to Instagram to vent her frustration at the apparent lack of respect shown shown to her husband in an expletive laden rant.

She began by expressing her disappointment with the way the organization is treating her husband before accusing the New Orleans franchise of deceiving the running back:

"To verbalize to him that they will release him so at least he can choose the team he wants to spend his last few years in the NFL on & then take it back without a word & try to trade him is f**ked up," she wrote.

She went on to warn Saints fans for touch times ahead:

"WhoDat Nation get ready for a ride because the seeds y'all front office is planting its not gonna be a good look for y'all."

With Darren Sproles' split from the Saints not yet officially confirmed the outburst was probably not the best idea, but it certainly seems the player will be heading for pastures new in 2014.

And his wife made sure she left the Saints will her own unique goodbye:

"See the way my God is set up he gets the last say & can get you back better than the Compton Curse out I wanna give these muthaf***as!"

Sproles has been part of the Saints roster since 2011 but we'd put our house on him not wearing their jersey next season.
