Arsenal are in advanced contract talks with midfield duo Aaron Ramsey and Santi Cazorla, according to The Telegraph

The Gunners have had a strong season so far and could end their eight year wait for a trophy in this campaign.

Both Ramsey and Cazorla have played a key role in the club's success this season, and now look set to be rewarded with new deals.

Ramsey was arguably Arsenal's best player in the first half of the season, before he was struck down with injury and Cazorla has been a key member of the side in recent time.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger recently tied down Per Mertesacker and Tomas Rosicky to new deals and now it appears that Ramsey and Cazorla will be committing their futures in the near future.

This will come as good news to Arsenal fans as the club look towards a successful long term future. The likes of Ramsey and Cazorla will be hoping to celebrate at least one trophy at the end of the season.
