Not content with dominating on the court, LeBron James has taken his talents to the drinks market.

Collaborating with Sprite, the Miami Heat star has created a new, limited-edition flavor.

'Sprite 6 Mix' represents the first time the drinks manufacturer has teamed up with a major cultural icon.

And they don't come much bigger than the Miami Heat star.

So what has James managed to come up with?

The new '6 Mix' combines the traditional Sprite flavor with a hint of cherry and orange apparently. James also had a say on the name of the drink, choosing to incorporate his famous number 6 into the product as well as a nod to his 'King James' nickname.

"LeBron James is the perfect partner to bring our fans new product innovation," said Kimberly Paige, speaking on behalf of the Sprite brand.

"We've enjoyed an amazing relationship with LeBron since he entered the NBA in 2003, and we're proud to have him contribute to Sprite in a meaningful way that we know will excite Sprite lovers and his fans," she continued.

And when can you get your hands on this unique beverage I hear you ask?

Stores nationwide will be selling the drink from mid-March.

James himself is delighted with the chance to contribute:

"Growing up drinking Sprite, I never imagined I would have my own flavor someday.

"I'm proud of what we created and I'm excited for my fans to try it," he said.
