New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele have reportedly put their Los Angeles mansion up for sale.

According to TMZ as reported by The Big Lead, the Patriots star and his supermodel wife have decided to sell up with a guide price of $50m.

Speculation over the house has been practically a constant since construction first started. There was rumours of a moat, maybe even an infinity pool, more square feet than some zip codes and one of the most prestigious addresses in California.

It is not clear if Brady and Gisele ever lived in the house, and we're not sure if they'd be cracking a profit on venture if they do sell up - although $50m does sound pretty pricey to us.

We've linked to the house before, it actually made our list of the top five most awesome sports star mansions, but maybe the Super Bowl winning QB just didn't like it.

That would be tough to believe, you only have to check out the pictures here, and here, to see that it is absolutely stunning.
