The almighty has returned to the Garden.

In Wednesday nights game against the Indiana Pacers, Hall-of-Famer and basketball legend Phil Jackson was in attendance.

Why? Well where have you been? He's the new president of the New York Knicks. A team he won two championships with.

The crowd at Madison Square Garden certainly haven't forgotten that though and as he came on the big screen, the crowd greeted him as only a New York crowd could for a returning hero.

There's a lot of pressure on Jackson's shoulders, especially given that he holds the cards as to the future of superstar Carmelo Anthony at the franchise.

The faithful fans in New York have certainly seen their share of it lately as well with the Knicks only just recovering from an incredibly poor season so far to a potential playoff place.

Things have not gone well and heads have begun to roll, which is why Phil Jackson is being brought in.

Can he ring in changes that this crowd expects? Who knows. But as a picture moment, this is certainly worth the return.
