Jared Allen heading back to Seattle Seahawks to sign up

This guy is racking up the frequent flyer miles.

Allen apparently has had a bit of trouble finding a place to call home after the Minnesota Vikings dropped him to free agency.

The defensive end is one of the best available players still on free agency but his high wage demands have turned off a few candidates.

Interest has come from Seattle, the Denver Broncos and the Dallas Cowboys.

However the Broncos went with former Cowboy Demarcus Ware and any deal with the Cowboys appears to have been a bust.

However, a northern man to the end, Allen enjoyed his time in Seattle and has reportedly lowered his costs.

The Super Bowl champs are sure to have some good hunting for him up in Washington State and according to ESPN, he's on his way back there to sort out his place in the team.

Whatever happens, this former Viking will find a home as the veteran to a terrifying new defense somewhere in the league before long.
