Former WWE Diva's champion Kelly Kelly has revealed that her former boss Vince McMahon was very 'hands on' with her and the other Divas during her time in wrestling.

Chairman and CEO of the WWE, McMahon is a hugely influential player in the WWE game, as his power is arguably bigger in wrestling than NFL commissioner Roger Goodell's power is in American Football.

Kelly's experiences with the boss man were said to have been positive ones, with McMahon's approach understood to have been very welcoming and helpful.

The former Diva did explained, however, that McMahon did have his intense moments that on occasion came off quite intimidating.

However, on the whole Kelly describes him as a great boss that gives you everything straight forward, letting wrestlers know exactly what he wants from every match-up.

"He is great, he was very hands on and just helped out with everything. Every week on television he was there during rehearsals, he would help us, telling us exactly what he wanted from the matches," she told E Wrestling News

"He wanted to be personable to everyone, he is a little intimidating at times as your boss but he was great!"

There were many other inspirations that played a key role in Kelly's WWE career, with former wrestler Trisha Status particularly prominent.

"Yeah I was always a big fan of Trish Stratus’ stuff, Lita was an awesome performer and a great person, I always liked their work together and I really admired the pair of them," she added.
