It was like watching a car crash when Odemwingie took to Twitter during the January transfer window last year.

Having tried to force a move to QPR, the striker hit out at his former team West Brom, which earned him more than a slap on the wrist and a place on 'Top Twitter Meltdowns' lists for eternity.

However it wasn't always like that for the Nigerian, when he first joined the site he was something of a philosopher.

He first wrote in 2011: "The world owes you nothing. It was here first"- Mark Twain". It pretty much all went downhill from there.
