Pure March Madness summed up by crazy Mercer dance

Mercer is one of the oldest private universities in the United States - and it just knocked off Duke in the NCAA tournament second round.

The small-town university from Georgia beat big, bad Duke by 78-71 in the biggest upset of the tournament so far.

A 14 seed, Mercer closed a second half deficit by embarking on a 20-5 run that ultimately clinched the win for the Atlantic Sun champions.

That conference gave the tournament Florida Gulf Coast last year, and it could be set to provide another fairytale in 2014.

Jabari Parker, Rodney Hood and Quinn Cook could do little to stop the Mercer Bears in the second half, as they rattled off 11 straight points at one stage, holding Duke to no field goals through a 3:30 minute spell, to take the game away from the storied basketball school.

Oh, and for all you fans who love to pick your own bracket - were you one of the 3.3 per cent who had Mercer upsetting Duke on their ESPN bracket?

If so, massive congratulations on a huge call. But while the game was awesome, we loved this mad celebration from Bears star Kevin Canevari just as much.

We're reliably informed it's the Nae Nae dance - whatever it is, it looks fun.
