Drew Brees has been fully amercing himself in family life during the NFL offseason. And he wants us all to know it.

The New Orleans Saints quarterback snapped himself alongside a lego version of Star Wars character Yoda during a family outing, and now he has gone to the next level during a recent visit to the cinema.

Brees, who last week celebrated eight years with the Saints franchise, took to Twitter again to post a picture of the family getting into the spirit before seeing the latest blockbuster movie, 'Noah'.

As you can see, he and Brittany Brees donned homemade costumes to mimic the biblical character and his wife, portrayed by Russell Crowe and Jennifer Connolly in the movie.

Extra marks have to go to Brees for his expert use of tin foil to create his ultra-realistic axe.

And Brees, who completed another effective year for the Saints last season, throwing for over 5,000 yards and 37 touchdowns, gave a pretty basic review of the movie when posting the picture today...

"Pretty intense" he wrote.

We can imagine the people sitting next to the NFL star in the cinema felt the same way but for different reasons.
