Two of the Miami Heat's biggest stars combined to give the Heat a very tight victory against the Portland Trail Blazers.

First struck LeBron James who - with the score tied at 91-91 with just under 12 seconds left nailed a lay-up to put the Heat up by two.

Then as the Trail Blazers went down the other end of the court in an attempt to win the game, Chris Bosh came up with the spectacular last second block to ensure victory for the Heat.

The Heat went on to claim the win and are now 5-7 in their last 12 ahead of their big match against the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday.
